SUBTRADES: Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Traffic Striping & Pavement Marking, Portable CMS, Prepare SWPPP, Temporary BMP’s, Street Sweeping, Cold Plane, Dowel Bar Supply, Concrete Grinding, Joint Seal, Spall Repair, JPCP (RSC), Asphalt Supply, Ready-Mix Concrete Supply, Rapid Set Concrete Supply.

For all public projects Payment and Performance Bonds are required for 100% of the subcontract amount. Hazard will compensate for up to 3% for the required Bonds.

From this point forward All contractors and subcontractors who bid or work on a public works project must register and pay an annual fee to DIR. No Subcontractor may be listed on a public works projects without this registration # and expiration date.
