NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Orange County Community College District, of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT," will receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated time, responses to the Request for Qualifications and Proposals for the above Project.

There will be a mandatory job walk and pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 AM, Thursday, October 18, 2018 starting at the Central Plant Facility at Saddleback College, 28000 Marguerite Parkway Mission Viejo, CA 92692. A map showing the location of the Central Plant Facility is included with the RFQ&P document available online. Any proposer that does not attend the entire conference and job walk and/or does not arrive on-time shall be deemed non-responsive. Prospective proposers MAY NOT re-visit the Project Site without making arrangements through the Project Manager. The District WILL NOT accept proposals from any bidder who did not attend the Pre-Bid Conference.

Any and all questions must be sent via email to Nick Newkirk at nnewkirk@socccd.edu. Contractors shall reference RFQ&P 2080: Cogeneration and Central Plant Operation, Maintenance, and Environmental Compliance Services at Saddleback College in the email subject line.

The final day for questions shall be October 25, 2018, no later than 5:00 PM.

SOCCCD reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals.
