South County Economic Development Council (SCEDC), in partnership with the County of San Diego
The South County Economic Development Council (SCEDC), in partnership with the County of San Diego and the cities of Chula Vista and San Diego, seeks qualified consultants to develop a direct marketing campaign focused on Fortune 1000 companies in the high priority clusters in an effort to attract them to the southern portion of the San Diego region. This campaign is expected to include materials and messaging for the following forms of marketing:

  • Drafting of direct contact (mail, email) language

  • Creation of digital and print media (advertising) aimed at the target clusters

  • Recommendations for participation in industry trade shows, associations, etc., ranked by priority

  • Development of appropriate outreach methods and materials to site selection consultants

  • Development of collateral material

  • Creation of messaging points

  • Partnering on creation of website, including developing content and wireframes

  • Branding for the “tri-marketing” area including:
     o Name of area and tagline(s)
    o Key concepts that distinguish South County from the rest of the region
    o Logo
