Notice Calling for Qualifications and Proposals: RFQ&P 376D Facilities Master Plan Development Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Orange County Community College District, of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT," will receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated time, responses to the Request for Qualifications and Proposals for the above Project.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at South Orange County Community College District, Health Sciences Building, 3rd Floor, Chancellor’s Conference Room, 28000 Marguerite Parkway Mission Viejo, CA 92692. All RFQ&P respondents shall confirm their attendance by email to by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 24, 2019. The subject line should read:  "RFQ&P 376D Pre-Proposal Meeting Confirmation." A parking permit will be provided to those firms who confirm attendance. A map showing the meeting location is included with the RFQ&P document available online. Physical presence is not required. A call in number will be provided prior to the meeting day to those who confirm attendance. Any proposer that does not attend the entire conference and/or does not arrive on-time shall be deemed non-responsive.

Any and all questions must be sent via email to . Contractors shall reference RFQ&P 376D: Facilities Master Plan in the email subject line. The final day for questions shall be Thursday, June 21, 2019, no later than 5:00 PM.

SOCCCD reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals.

No proposer may withdraw any proposal for a period of ninety (180) calendar days after the submission deadline.
