NCMA: Current Government Contracting Hot Topics

In the government contracting regulatory compliance environment, transparency of the contracting process has gained considerable importance and scrutiny. Recent regulatory changes and a new Administration have placed a larger emphasis on the oversight of Contractors and influenced the approach of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

This session will address topics including:

• Regulatory updates and their practical impact on Contractors
• Recent changes to internal guidance and audit and review focus of DCAA and DCMA

Upon completion of this Seminar, participants will be aware of recent legislative, regulatory and DCAA audit guidance and DCMA contractor purchasing system review (CPSR) actions affecting government contract compliance and be able to identify challenges and potential solutions for the future.
