Our mission is to assist small businesses with the information, resources, and technical assistance they need to effectively compete for and perform on federal, state, and local government contracts.

Any small business with an office in San Diego, Orange, or Imperial Counties and at least one year in business may receive SDCOC services provided it has a product or service that has reasonable expectation of being procured under government contract or purchase order. Please note that due to limited funding and high demand from our service area, our counseling assistance is limited to three hours a month per client.  Owners of businesses eligible for these services may invite consultants or manufacturer’s representatives to attend counseling sessions with them.

There is no cost to the small businesses who receive counseling and training services.
